  • Beschrijving: Totos, Mimis and the host of the show, Giorgios Oiκonomidis (who plays himself), are three poor artists who meet the industrialist Menelaos Stasinopoulos at the nightclub where they work. At one point, Menelaos, a regular customer at that nightclub, gets quite drunk and wants to commit suicide because everything seems to be going wrong. His girlfriend Lola is cheating on him with a gigolo; his daughter Xenia has gotten involved with two worthless intellectuals and wants to follow them to Tibet, and his business is going from bad to worse. The three friends try to comfort him and offer to help him overcome his troubles, and he makes them several promises. Totos becomes responsible for making Lola’s lover look ridiculous; Mimis is to convince the daughter to abandon her worthless friends, and Giorgios is responsible for the promotion of his products. Their efforts prove fruitful,and one wedding after another is in store: Mimis marries Xenia; Menelaos marries Lola, and Totos marries his beloved. Giorgio, however, remains your typical lifelong bachelor.
